Lemon pepper seasoning
|Directions||Pre-heat BBQ to medium heat.
Score salmon into serving sizes using a sharp knife. Be careful not to cut through the skin.
Season salmon with a small amount of seasoning salt and a generous amount of lemon pepper.
Place fillet on the BBQ, skin side down.
Cook over medium heat until salmon flakes easily.
